6. IMBALANCE RESOLUTION:

Monthly Imbalances incurred under this Rate Schedule shall be

resolved in accordance with Section 5.7(c) of the General Terms and

Conditions. For purposes of Section 5.7(c)(ii)(2)B. of the General

Terms and Conditions, quantities transported under this Rate Schedule

will be considered quantities transported under Rate Schedule FT.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, except to the

extent inconsistent with the provisions hereof, including from and

after their effective date any future modifications, additions or

deletions to said General Terms and Conditions, shall be applicable

to transportation service rendered under this Rate Schedule and, by

this reference, are made a part hereof.
