5.3 Overrun Gas.

(a) Authorized Overrun: Shipper may nominate, in accordance

with Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions,

quantities of Gas for any given time period during the

Service Month in excess of the Contract Limitations.

Notification that Overrun Gas quantities will not be

scheduled or will be reduced may be communicated via

Transporter's Internet Web Site or otherwise during the

scheduling process. Transporter may render the requested

service on an interruptible basis, subject to the terms of

Rate Schedule IT, if Transporter determines that it can do

so without adverse effect on its operations or its ability

to meet all its other obligations, and such quantities shall

be considered authorized Overrun Gas under this Rate

Schedule.

(b) Unauthorized Overrun: All quantities transported for

Shipper's account which exceed the amount Shipper is

authorized to transport at any given time, other than

Overrun Gas authorized as described in Section 5.3(a) above,

shall be considered unauthorized.
