2. REQUEST FOR STORAGE SERVICE (continued)

2.5 Prepayment. If requesting firm service, Customer shall make a

prepayment by wire transfer to KLNG's account in an amount equal

to the capacity reservation charges for one month's service at the

levels specified in Customer's request. The prepayment shall be

applied to the first month's invoice or refunded in accordance

with the applicable rate schedule.
