39. COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

 

Complaints concerning Algonquin's compliance with Algonquin's Standards of

Conduct procedures should be communicated to Algonquin with a designation

that it is a Standards of Conduct regulation complaint and shall contain a

clear and complete statement of the nature and basis of the complaint,

together with supporting documentation, if any. Information regarding the

appropriate contact personnel shall be posted on Algonquin's Internet Web

Site. Algonquin shall respond initially within forty-eight (48) hours and

in writing within thirty (30) days to such complaints. In the event the

required date of Algonquin's response falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a

holiday that affects Algonquin, Algonquin shall respond by the next

Business Day.
