The Recourse Rates applicable to this service are the maximum rates

stated on Pipeline's currently effective Statement of Rates for Rate

Schedule AFT-1..

1/ These negotiated rate transactions do not deviate in any material

respect from the applicable form of service agreement set forth in

Algonquin's FERC Gas Tariff. These negotiated rates are only

applicable to transportation service up to Customer's MDTQ. In

addition to the above rates, Customer shall pay all applicable

surcharges and the applicable Fuel Retainage Percentage in effect

from time to time and applicable to service under the Service

Agreement.

2/ The primary term commences on October 1, 2004 and extends through

October 31, 2014.

3/ In addition to the Reservation rate specified above, Customer shall

pay a lump sum amount as set forth in Section 3.1 of the Service

Agreement by the payment due date for the December invoice after

service commences hereunder.
