(e) the reservation and/or usage rates and all other applicable rates, charges and

surcharges for

the

released service (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage), including any

applicable

minimum

rate(s) and, in the case of release with a term of more than one (1) Year,

maximum rates,

provided that

the minimum rate for the release including any applicable surcharges shall be not

less than

Transporter's

maximum commodity rate for service under Rate Schedule FT, including any

applicable

surcharges;

and further provided that, in the case of a release with a term of more than one

(1) Year, the

maximum

rate for the release, including any surcharges shall be not more than Transporter's

maximum

demand

and commodity rate for service under Rate Schedule FT, including any applicable

surcharges,

or if a

volumetric rate is applicable (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage),

the maximum

rate shall

not be more than the above described maximum FT rate, including any applicable

surcharges,

computed using a 100% Load Factor basis (once the Releasing Shipper has

chosen to specify

dollars

and cents or percents of maximum tariff rate in the documentation of bids, all

providers and bids should comport with the choice);

(f) whether the transportation rights are to be released on a firm or recallable

basis and, if on an

recallable basis, the specific conditions for interruption and/or
