To the Interruptible Transportation Agreement

A. Quantities

1. Customer may Tender and Pipeline shall Receive for Customer's

account for interruptible transportation hereunder daily

quantities of Gas up to a Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity

(MDTQ) of ____________ Dt, plus the applicable Transportation Fuel

Retention Percentage, at the Point(s) of Receipt and Pipeline

shall transport and Deliver for Customer's account on an

interruptible basis such daily quantities Tendered, net of the

Transportation Fuel Retention Percentage, up to the Customer's

MDTQ at the Point(s) of Delivery.
