14. DETERMINATION OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES con't

(A) ranked by the order in which the

Service Agreements are to be

allocated to the extent Natural Gas

is available as allocated pursuant

to subsection 14.1(b)(1);

(B) pro rata based on the Shipper's

confirmed nominations;

(C) percentage of the gas received by

Transporter;

(D) designation of a "swing" contract

for receipt volume imbalances; or

(E) operator provided value.
