GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10. SERVICE REQUESTS AND CONTRACTING FOR SERVICE con't

with the requirements of this Section 10 for purposes

of receiving priority in contracting for such new

Point(s) of Receipt or new Point(s) of Delivery for

firm transportation over any third party subsequently

requesting firm transportation under a firm Rate

Schedule at that Point of Receipt or Point of Delivery

if, at the time of Shipper's request, said third

party's request has not been accepted by Transporter.

The priority for such new Point(s) of Receipt or

Point(s) of Delivery shall be determined in accordance

with this Section 10.

(d) No requests for service will be processed until Shipper has

provided to Transporter a completed Service Request Form.

All completed Service Requests Forms must be sent to:
