5. MEASUREMENT & MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT con't
(b) If, upon test, any such above measurement equipment is found
to be in error, to the extent that it causes the registered
or computed quantities of the instrument(s) so affected to
be in error, by an amount exceeding two percent (2%) for
manual equipment or one percent (1%) for electronic Natural
Gas measurement equipment at a recording corresponding to
the average hourly rate of flow through the instrument(s) in
the period since the last preceding test, then any
registrations, integration or computed quantities of such
instrument(s) affected shall be corrected to zero (0) error
for any part of the period since the last test in which such
error is known to have existed or which may be agreed upon
by representatives of Transporter and Shipper. In case the
period of such error is not known definitely or agreed upon,
such correction shall be for a period of one-half (.5) of
the elapsed time since the date of the last test, but not
exceeding a correction period of thirty (30) Days.
(c) If no tests have been performed to determine the degree of
inaccuracy, or measurement equipment is out of service, the
quantity of Natural Gas shall be estimated as follows:
(1) by using the registration of any existing and agreed
upon check equipment considered by Transporter or
Shipper to be registering accurately, or in the
absence of such equipment,
