RATE SCHEDULE PSH

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

6. LOSS AND UNACCOUNTED FOR GAS

Shipper shall provide at the point of Receipt its pro

rata share of Transporter's Use Gas in-kind for the

short-haul service provided under this Rate Schedule

PSH.

7. MONTHLY BILL

The monthly bill for Natural Gas transportation under

this Rate Schedule shall be equal to the sum of the

charges set forth in Section 5 above.

8. DETERMINATION OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES

Receipts and deliveries of Natural Gas under this Rate

Schedule PSH shall be determined in accordance with the

provisions of Section 14 of the GT&C of Transporter's

Tariff.

9. IMPAIRMENT OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES

In the event that Transporter, on any Day, is unable to

receive and/or deliver the total nominations of all

Shippers under any Rate Schedule of Transporter's

Tariff, Transporter shall limit receipts and/or

deliveries of Natural Gas in accordance with Section 13

of the GT&C of Transporter's Tariff.

10. RESERVATIONS

Transporter reserves the right to take actions as may

be required to preserve the integrity of Transporter's

Pipeline Facilities, including maintenance of service

to firm Shippers.

11. GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORIZATIONS

Transportation service under this Rate Schedule and

effective Service Agreement(s) shall be implemented

pursuant to any applicable self-implementing

authorizations or program of the FERC for which

Transporter has filed or in which Transporter has

agreed to participate.
