This Addendum, entered into, pursuant to Egan Hub's capacity release program

and to the executed Capacity Release Umbrella Agreement between Egan Hub and

the Replacement Customer, is heretofore made a part of and subject to the

aforementioned Capacity Release Umbrella Agreement.
