27.2 Capacity Release for Service Pursuant to Rate Schedule T-1R

(c) For Non-biddable Releases in the Timely Cycle:

(i) posting of prearranged deals not subject to

bid are due by 10:30 a.m. (CCT):

(ii) contract issued within one hour of award

posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable); nomination possible beginning

at the next available nomination cycle for

the effective date of the contract.

(d) For non-biddable releases in the Evening Cycle:

(i) posting of prearranged deals not subject to

bid are due by 5:00 p.m. (CCT);

(ii) contract issue within one hour of award

posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable); nomination possible beginning

at the next available nomination cycle for

the effective date of the contract.

(e) Intra-day 1 Cycle

(i) posting of prearranged deals not subject to

bid are due by 9:00 a.m. (CCT);

(ii) contract issued within one hour of award

posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable); nomination possible beginning

at the next available nomination cycle for

the effective date of the contract.
