27.2 Capacity Release for Service Pursuant to Rate Schedule T-1R

27.25 Standard Recall Notification Periods (Continued)

In the event of an intra-day capacity recall,

Company shall determine the allocation of capacity

between the Releasing Shipper and the Replacement

Shipper(s) based upon the Elapsed Prorata Capacity

(EPC). Variations to the use of EPC may be

necessary to reflect the nature of Company's tariff,

services, and/or operational characteristics.

27.26 Deadline for Reput

The deadline for notifying Company of a reput is

8:00 a.m. (CCT) to allow for timely nominations to

flow on to the next Gas Day. [5.3.54/v1.7]

27.27 Company's Right to Terminate a Capacity Release

Company may elect to terminate an Exhibit A to a

Rate Schedule T-1R or Rate Schedule T-1B Service

Agreement, upon 30 days written notice to the

Replacement Shipper, under the following conditions:

(a) The Releasing Shipper, pursuant to this

Subsection 27.2, has failed to maintain credit

in accordance with Rate Schedule T-1, Rate

Schedule T-1R, or Rate Schedule T-1B; and
