3.4 Remedies for Failure to Pay Bills

Subject to the notice terms of Subsection 6.3(b) of the

General Terms and Conditions, Company may, after it files

and receives any necessary regulatory authorization,

terminate Shipper's Service Agreement. During the term of

any suspension of service pursuant to Subsection 6.3(b) of

the General Terms and Conditions, no reduction in Shipper's

billing invoice for revenue sharing credits pursuant to

Subsection 6.2(g) of the General Terms and Conditions,

shall be made.
