Delivery Fees	Based on carrier used, weight, urgency, size of package and in the case of messengers – weather.

COPY FILES-to-CD Service - Includes cost of CD media - Assumes files are ready and identified for copying to CD - Identification and preparation of files are assumed to be provided under hot line or other support services tasking	$45.00 per CD
