Andrea L. Spring, Deputy Director
Andrea L. Spring is the Deputy Director of the Office of External Affairs. Prior to joining FERC, she worked on energy issues as a professional staff member for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. She also has served as a director of legislative affairs at the Electric Power Supply Association, a trade association representing competitive power suppliers active in US and global power markets, and as executive director of a coalition representing electricity consumers. A native of Louisiana, she received her M.A. in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and her B.A. in history from Yale University.
