This first day of the conference will focus on broad general principles for pricing of must-run generating units and the general framework the Commission should use to address this issue.
The second day will focus on PJM’s specific proposal regarding compensation for must-run generating units and how it fits within the broader framework.
The Commissioners may attend all or part of the conferences.
