Description: Pursuant to Section 1298 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has initiated a Federal-State Joint board for the PJM/MISO region "to study the issue of security constrained economic dispatch." This is the first meeting of the PJM/MISO Joint Board.
