Judge Edward M. Silverstein
Judge Edward M. Silverstein is a graduate of Northeastern University (AB, 1965), Suffolk University (MA, 1966) and Boston University School of Law (JD, 1971). He served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968.

From 1971 through 1991, Judge Silverstein was employed as an attorney for the United States Department of Agriculture.

Judge Silverstein was appointed as an administrative law judge with the FERC in September 1991.
